A Tale of Two LinesOk, so my Wrath midnight release post is late.. Sorry Yes, I did meet up with Mania and BRK. They tell the story pretty well as far as I am concerned.. I drove about 40 minutes each way and it was well worth it to spend the time waiting with people I “knew”. We had interviewed Mania previously on TNB and obviously I read BRK all the time..
What did I do when I got home? I installed the game, of course. But, I had CE coming in the mail.. So this was for my alt account.. AHHHH! No 70s on the alt account.. I made a DK instead and had a bit of fun starting out. Then it was pretty late and I was tired from all the driving.. So, I saved the rest for the morning… Another definition for the acronym TBC…. To Be Continued…… No TweetBacks yet. (Be the first to Tweet this post)

BRK, is the one in the white shirt on the right? Wow, I need to see a video of him talking, I just can’t imagine the voice with the face!
[...] and if you missed it, Fimlys from Asleep at the WoW posted a write-up of our adventures waiting in line for the midnight release of WotLK. (Yes, I’m the fat chick in purple in the lower picture.) [...]
lol. some of the shops near where I live had like a BBQ and everything. people just hung around in the shop from about 9pm, eating and chatting. Everyone was allowed to buy their copy before midnight (so there was no rush), they just couldn’t leave with it until after midnight.
I know a few people who went and they all had a ball. I, on the other hand, was enjoying my sleep (which is something they didn’t do for another 30ish hours /sigh
