Ok.. I’ve finally given in and since Blizzard finally opened up the third faction, I transferred over there this morning.. That’s right! Fimlys the mighty and powerful Night Elf Hunter… Is now..
 Yes.. I’ve gone Tuskaar.. The odd thing is that EVERYONE seems to have had the same idea today.. Wierd…  We spent some time last night bashing our faces against the Lich King again. I’m really not liking the mechanics of that fight. I get it, but I find, in phase 2, the combination of the big puddles of DEATH and the Val’Kyr Moving Company a tough combination to keep track of. I think the tip is everyone needs to move out of the center after the Val’Kyr picks someone up. We had way too many times when the puddle was situated directly in the middle of the platform. That isn’t so good.. What we DID do, though is get him down, once, to 42% (42!!). We were really close to the next transition, but we just broke down. It didn’t help that we lost a DPS pretty early on in phase 2. For those Val’Kyr you need every DPS able to help out. We’re planning on going back to the LK on Sunday and maybe, hopefully get him down. I think we are planning on trying out the hard modes once we do that. No raid tonight for me. We’re recording TNB at the usual time, 8pm PST and we have Ophalie from The Bossy Pally and the Giant Spoon. You can join us in the chat room to listen and, well, chat. Hope to see you there! In that order..  FAIL: Tuesday.. Patch day.. was fail.. On Draenor, all the instances (including BGs) were down, as far as I know, all night. My son couldn’t do BGs (on that server, other servers just fine) and our ICC25 raid was cancelled because of it. So, what did I do? I played FFXIII until all hours of the night instead. Can’t say I didn’t enjoy it, though. GEAR: Wednesday night, things were back to normal(ish) and we started up the ICC25 run. I brought my hunter in for the first part (pre-saurfang) and actually got 2 pieces of gear. I was the only hunter.. WHAT!!!! Yep. Only hunter in the raid. The other hunters we usually have didn’t show up. At the Saurfang encounter they asked me to switch over to the Boomkin for the pushback. At that point, you got it!, we had NO HUNTERS!! OMG! Yeah, it was pretty crazy. Thankfully not much hunter loot dropped for the rest of the run (except from Pinces I think). We did Mr. Fester and Mr. Rot and then took out the Princes and called it a night. I got one additional piece of gear, new pants from festergut for my druid. DECABLIZZCON: Blizzcon 2010 has officially been announced. October 22-23 in Anaheim! I’m planning on being there if I can get a ticket. If you are planning on being there, let Twisted Nether know!
